CODIJY 4.2 now allows adding watermarks to the colorized result! 

To add a watermark, open the Document Info dialog and click Disabled next to the Watermark.

If you are happen to work with the large-size images, the available brush size of 100 px may not be sufficient for drawing distinctive masks.

Version 4.2 now lets set your convenient brush size under Tools in Preferences.
